The Vario Empire Grey Tuxedo Tachymètre MecaQuartz Chronograph is a 38 mm watch, 11.5 mm thick, water resistant to 50 m, with a grey tuxedo dial, on a vintage-style Italian leather strap with a slight two-tone effect. It runs on the Seiko VK64 mecha-quartz chronograph. A tachymetre scale turns the seconds taken over a known distance into a speed. Mecha-quartz pairs quartz timekeeping with a mechanical chronograph module, so the hands reset with a snap.
