Field Chronometer Sunburst
A limited boutique edition of the 35 mm Field Chronometer, made with Time+Tide and sold only through its studios in New York, London and Melbourne. The enamel dial fades from warm brown to black, a sunburst borrowed from early electric guitars, and carries new brushed nipple hour markers. The rest is the 7505: 9.6 mm thick, 41.5 mm lug to lug, 200 m, and the Soprod M100 with 42 hours of reserve.

Collector photographs
Taken by people who own this reference: their light, their wear, their patina. Not the maker’s photography. Where the maker hasn’t given us a photograph, one of these is shown as the main image above, always credited. A few are the Atlas’s own, and say so.
If this watch is in your collection, yours would be the first. A photograph on the wrist shows what a studio image cannot: scale, wear, and how the piece has actually aged.
How to get one
Serica publishes its current collection and its retailer or service network on its own site. Start there for what is actually in production; this catalogue records references whether or not they are still sold.
Check the reference number against the maker's own page before buying anywhere else. It is the one detail that is hard to fake and easy to verify, and it is what the specifications on this page are keyed to.
