The KUOE Sombrero 90-011 Silver Linen Textured Dial (SM90011-SV) is a 38 x 38 mm steel watch, 12.45 mm thick, water resistant to 200 m, with a silver linen-textured dial, on a steel bracelet (flat-link or 5-link). It runs on the Miyota 9039 automatic, with a reserve of about 42 hours. An internal bezel turns beneath the crystal and is set from a crown, so it cannot be knocked out of position by a sleeve or a rock.
