Caliber 702

A plain two-hand Swiss quartz from Ronda's normtech line, hours and minutes only, 10½ lignes and 2.5 mm tall, which makes it half a millimetre slimmer than the GMT calibres beside it in this catalogue. Ronda builds a Swiss Made version with five jewels and gold plating and a Swiss Parts version with one jewel and nickel plating; slow names the Swiss Made one outright, so the row carries five. Ronda rates it for 60 months on a standard 371 cell and minus 10 to plus 20 seconds a month (slow's own pages print 45 months). slow uses it for its twelve-hour models, the Twelve and an AM/PM Edition, where the hour hand alone tells the time.
